The 21-year old joined after a successful period at Whitley Bay where he finished the season as top scorer for The Seahorses. Gilchrist also featured 39 times as a youngster for Newcastle United U18’s between 2018-2021 where he scored five goals and registered four assists. Another young prospect at the club with a promising future ahead.
