In the Emirates FA Cup, Dunston received a bye for the extra preliminary round, and so will start their journey in the Preliminary Qualifying round, where they will face the winners of Bridlington Town or Whitley Bay away on August 10th.

In the Isuzu Fa Trophy, Dunston will face Mossley AFC away on September 10th September, with the winner of this travelling to either Bootle FC or Grimsby Borough on 24th September.
