On the 14th of May 2022 we will be celebrating the 10th year anniversary of Dunston UTS FC’s memorable FA Vase Victory at Wembley Stadium.

We are honoured to be able to welcome 4 times FA Vase winners Whitley Bay FC to The UTS Stadium, with all gate proceeds going to St Oswald’s Hospice.

The game will be played as 2 x 40 minute halves, with kick-off at 2pm. The game will be officiated by former Premier League Referee Roger East, who was Referee for the 2012 FA Vase Final, Steve Whittaker and Kieron Alexander will be the match day assistants.

Billy Irwin and Tony Harrison will return to the dug out for Dunston, to once again lead out the lads from the clubs famous FA Vase winning team.

Whitley Bay, who famously won The FA Vase 3 seasons running, will provide the day’s opponent. The Seahorses will be led by Bay legend Ian Chandler, his side selected from the players of Whitley Bay’s FA Vase winning sides.

We would like to encourage as many supporters to attend as possible, as we celebrate the greatest day in the clubs history.

Admission will be priced at £3 for Adults and £2Under for 16’s with gates open from 12:00. Please note season tickets are not valid for this game and that we currently operate a cash only system within the ground.

On the day events

St Oswald’s will be operating bucket collections on the day.

The Clubhouse bar will be open from 12:00 - we will be showing The FA Cup Final on the TV’s in the bar at 16:45

The Evening’s entertainment will be provided by “Elvruss” from 18:45 onwards

The Club Shop and Can Bar will be open from 12:00 – alcoholic beverages can be purchased and consumed within the ground.

We will be running raffles on the day, Dunston UTS FC Season Tickets for the 2022/23 Pitching-In Northern Premier League East Season, A Dunston UTS FC signed shirt, Signed footballs, selections of spirits and more. Whitley Bay FC have also kindly donated a season ticket for their 2022/23 Northern League campaign.
