Dunston UTS announce sponsorship deal with major global company Teleperformance

Dunston UTS FC are delighted to introduce Teleperformance as our new back of shirt sponsors ahead of the 2024/25 season.

Teleperformance operate in over 100 countries providing customer service for some of the world’s biggest brands, with over 500,000 staff globally. 10,000 of their staff are U.K based, and the company are in the top 20 of the world’s biggest employers.

On agreeing sponsorship and their reason for doing so, Michael Broughton, Teleperformance Director of Operations explained: "Our offices are just along the road behind the Metrocentre and we used to have a big presence pre-Covid in the local area. Post Covid we're really looking to build a lot of that back, so we reached out to a number of organisations."

"When we met the people at Dunston UTS FC, a lot of our values and visions for what we can do in the local area aligned massively, so it was a very easy decision to sponsor.”

Teleperformance Managing Director Dave Green added: "I am delighted that Teleperformance are able to get behind a local team with big ambition. Teleperformance may be a global business, but our hearts and commitments sit in the local communities we work in. Teleperformance wish Dunston UTS all the success in the coming season and we can't wait to be watching from the stands."

Dunston UTS FC Co-Chairman Tony Cleugh said: "On behalf of Dunston UTS FC, I'd like to thank Teleperformance for the support they have kindly afforded us this coming season. From a financial position, sponsorship is key to ensuring our progress as a club as we strive to achieve our ambition of promotion this season. Moreover, the opportunity to welcome new supporters to the club will allow us to further grow as a club. A lot of hard work and effort continues to go on behind the scenes, so to be able to attract a major global company to our list of valued sponsors is a massive boost for the club. We look forward to welcoming all those from Teleperformance to The UTS Stadium for what intends to be an exciting and entertaining season"
