Turnbull will enter his fifth season at the club after signing for the club back in the summer of 2021. The midfielder has made 161 appearances for the club across all competitions since arriving at the club.

He enjoyed another stand out campaign last season finishing with more assists to his name than anyone else, and manager Jon McDonald is thrilled to have retained the services of the 38-year-old for another season.

"We are delighted Phil has agreed to stay on. He's been instrumental to how we play and he is an integral part of the changing room. It was crucial to me that he stayed on, so this is great news for the club."
