Club News: Ground Improvements continue as off-field progress continues

Dunston UTS FC are delighted to announce that more ground improvements will be introduced at The UTS Stadium this coming season, continuing to drive the club forward off the pitch.

Thanks to the tireless work of Tony Cleugh, Billy Irwin and Alan Stott, Dunston have been successful in applying for a grant from the Football Foundation to enable the club to carry out improvements. Key upgrades that are set to take place and be carried out throughout the season are a revamp to the ladies toilets, an extension of a food cabin, a major revamping of the clubhouse bar/cellar and an improvement of the beer garden.

Head of Media and Club Development Tony Cleugh said, "Many thanks to the Premier League and Football Foundation for the latest grant. Also credit to Mal James and Dunston UTS committee for agreeing to pay their share for the work.

This will further develop The UTS Stadium which is now one of the top non-league grounds in the North East"
