The 22-year-old heads to the Daren Persson Stadium with North Shields currently sitting ninth in the Northern League Division One, four points away from a play-off spot.

Aaron joined Dunston midway through last season, and has made 13 competitive appearances whilst keeping three clean sheets.

He played a key part in Dunston's 2023-24 play-off campaign, playing in the last eleven games of the season, including keeping a clean sheet in the play-off semi-final against Pontefract Collieries.

The Sunderland-born goalkeeper has spent time at Newcastle Blue Star & Easington Colliery on dual registartion deals since joining Jon McDonald's side.
