Dunston return to league action after three weeks of cup games, hosting Ossett United at the UTS Stadium (3pm kick-off).

10-man Dunston battled hard to earn a 1-1 draw at the Ingfield Stadium in March, after a poorly defended free-kick allowed Ellis Farrar to poke home a tap-in from eight yards out early on. Sado Djalo was shown a red card shortly before half-time, after striking Josh Askew in the face during a tussle. A resilient second-half performance from the visiting Dunston side was rewarded as Michael Pearson headed home a Phil Turnbull corner on sixty-three minutes to earn a point on the road.

Recent Form

Jon McDonald’s side have won three on the spin in the FA Cup & FA Trophy, beating teams from Step 3,4 & 5. Most recently in league action, the Blues suffered back to back defeats to Bradford Park Avenue & Redcar Athletic.

The Sheepicorns have won only once this season, beating Brighouse Town 3-0 in August. They're most recent match-up saw them lose 3-1 to Nantwich Town in the Isuzu FA Trophy, days after a 1-1 draw with Bridlington Town in league action.

Player Information

Michael Pearson & JJ O’Donnell have both completed their suspensions.

Craig Baxter picked up an injury in training at the beginning of September, whilst Lewis McNall was forced off on Saturday afternoon in injury time.

Richard Coulson remains on the sideline with a long-term knee injury.

Kick off is at 7:45pm. Admission is £10 for adults, £6 for concessions & £3 for under 16’s. This can be paid on the turnstile at the ground with cash or card.

There are two turnstiles at the UTS Stadium, one which can be accessed via the car park, with the other being accessed next to our clubhouse.

Parking is available, with limited spaces available.

Food and drink is available on a matchday, with a wide selection of hot food and soft drinks in our bait cabin, as well as alcoholic drinks in our can bar and clubhouse. We also have club merchandise available in our club shop.
