Match Preview | Grimsby Borough (H)

Dunston look to make it eight games unbeaten in all competitions tomorrow evening, welcoming Grimsby Borough to the UTS Stadium.

Last Meeting

Grimsby Borough 1-1 Dunston UTS (NPL East - 15th March 2025)

With the Carabao Cup final just a day away, Dunston travelled to Lincolnshire in March with the battle for a play-off spot in full swing. Sado Djalo opened the scoring just before half-time after capatilising on a defensive error from the home side, smashing a beautiful half-volley into the top right corner. It looked certain that Jon McDonald's side would head home with all three points, but a JJ O'Donnell clearance in the box would ricochet off Charlie Burden-Whittleton and give the hosts a late equaliser.
