Jake has been playing for the club in pre-season and has notched two goals against Birtley Town and Whitley Bay and will be a major boost to the squad. Most recently, Jake has been playing in the United States where he was on a football scholarship since the summer of 2018.

When speaking with the club, Jake discussed what type of player he is.

"In terms of what I'll bring to the pitch, I'll bring energy, tenacity and a range of passing to the middle of the park. I will also try to chip in with goals like I have done in a couple of the pre-season games so far.

"I try to emulate Bruno for the Toon!"

Jake also spoke about his time so far at the club;

"I've really enjoyed the past few weeks at Dunston. The club has a really great family feel to it and I'm really excited to get the season underway."
