Match Preview Bridlington Town vs Dunston UTS FC
Dunston UTS FC travel to Bridlington Town in their final game of the 21/22 Pitching-In NPL East Division.
Chris Swailes’ side have won their previous two games and are looking to finish as high up the table as possible, having missed out on reaching the play-offs. A Dunston win could relegate “The Seasiders”, who are currently in a relegation dog fight, with only 2 points between themselves in 15th and 18th placed Frickley Athletic.
Bridlington Town did manage take all three points at The UTS Stadium in a 2-1 win back in December, and no doubt prove once again to be difficult opponents.
Dunston have a clean bill of health, but will be without the services of Craig Baxter, the experienced defender is suspended, following his dismissal during his side’s 1-0 Easter Monday win at home to near neighbours Hebburn Town.
